RaidoHub LLC (“RaidoHub,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides a cloud-based passenger forecasting, operational intelligence, and decision-support platform for airports, terminal operators, concessionaires, service providers, and related business customers.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, store, and protect personal information in connection with our website, platform, customer portals, support services, communications, and related services collectively referred to as the “Services.”
This Privacy Policy applies to business users, customer contacts, prospective customers, authorized platform users, and other individuals who interact with RaidoHub. It does not apply to information that is anonymized, de-identified, or aggregated so that it does not reasonably identify an individual.

Platform Usage Information

Customers and authorized users may submit or configure information in the Services, including user lists, location information, airport, terminal, concourse, gate, service-area, concession, store, operational, staffing, or business information. Customer Input Information is governed by the applicable agreement between RaidoHub and the customer.
Support and Communication Information
If you contact us for support, training, onboarding, sales, billing, or other business purposes, we may collect the contents of those communications and related information needed to respond.
Website and Analytics Information
If you visit our website or interact with online materials, we may collect basic website analytics, usage, and device information. We may use cookies or similar technologies to operate the website, understand engagement, improve content, and support business communications.

RaidoHub provides predictive, analytical, forecasting, and decision-support services. We may use anonymized, de-identified, pseudonymized, or aggregated information for internal and external business purposes, including product improvement, benchmarking, industry research, trend analysis, white papers, presentations, market insights, and commercial development, provided that such information does not identify, and is not reasonably capable of being used to identify, an individual user.
Our rights and obligations regarding customer data, enhanced data, aggregated data, de-identified data, and platform outputs may also be governed by the applicable Master Services Agreement, Subscription Order Document, or other written agreement between RaidoHub and the customer.

We do not sell personal information in the ordinary course of our business.

Service Providers and Vendors
We may share information with hosting providers, software providers, development partners, technical support resources, analytics providers, security providers, email providers, billing providers, professional advisors, and other vendors or service providers who help us operate, support, secure, or improve the Services.
Customer Administration
If your access to the Services is provided through a customer organization, we may share account, access, usage, support, or administrative information with that customer organization or its designated administrators or Super Users.
Business Partners and Technical Resources
We may share information with technical, hosting, data, development, support, or implementation resources as needed to provide, troubleshoot, maintain, improve, or support the Services.
Legal, Safety, and Compliance
We may disclose information if we believe it is necessary or appropriate to comply with law, legal process, regulatory obligations, contractual obligations, enforce our agreements, protect our rights, prevent fraud or misuse, respond to security incidents, or protect the rights, safety, or property of RaidoHub, customers, users, or others.

RaidoHub does not control all third-party data sources or third-party services. The availability, completeness, timeliness, and accuracy of certain data may vary based on airline reporting, airport conditions, schedule changes, cancellations, delays, gate assignments, third-party providers, hosting services, and other factors outside our control.
This Privacy Policy does not apply to third-party websites, services, or platforms that are not controlled by RaidoHub. We encourage users to review the privacy policies of any third-party services they access.

These safeguards may include access controls, authentication, hosting-provider security controls, monitoring, logging, and other protective measures appropriate to our business and the nature of the Services.
No method of transmission, hosting, or storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of any information.

Retention periods may vary based on the type of information, customer agreement terms, operational needs, legal obligations, backup practices, and legitimate business purposes.

Customers are responsible for managing their authorized users, access permissions, user lists, internal data, and use of the Services. Customers are also responsible for ensuring that their users are authorized to access the Services and that any information submitted to the Services is accurate, lawful, and appropriate for use in connection with the Services.
If you use the Services through a customer organization, that organization may have access to certain information about your account, access, usage, and support activity.

Depending on where you are located and applicable law, you may have certain rights regarding your personal information, such as the right to request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of certain personal information.
To make a request, contact us using the information below. We may need to verify your identity and your relationship to a customer account before responding. Certain requests may be subject to legal, contractual, security, operational, or business limitations.
If your access to the Services is provided through a customer organization, we may refer your request to that organization or coordinate with that organization as appropriate.
